Milla’s interest in a career as a birth doula was sparked after her own birth experiences had left her feeling like something fundamental was missing from the care that families were receiving as they entered parenthood. She trained through DONA in 2018 and absolutely fell in love with filling that gap in care from her first client served - that passion has only grown with time.
With over 120 births attended, Milla brings a wealth of experience to every delivery, handling cases that range from straightforward to highly complex. She is DONA-certified and has pursued additional training in Spinning Babies, trauma-informed care, VBAC support, pregnancy after loss, and many other areas of continuing education.
Milla is dedicated to supporting families of all kinds, with an extra soft spot for those dealing with anxiety, blended families and single parents. Her compassionate approach and extensive expertise make her a valued ally in the birthing process.
