You'll learn the tips and tricks of helping you baby sleep more easily, while also getting some much needed rest yourself. Additionally, your doula may do some light household chores such as finishing up the dinner dishes, prepping or making breakfast, washing pumping equipment, preparing baby bottles, folding laundry, etc. You reserve 8 hour shifts at $280 (junior) or $320 (senior) per night.
