10, 4 hour shifts (40 hours total) in the first month of life (3x/wk for two weeks, then 2x/wk for two weeks): The same doula (whenever possible) will provide support throughout your early postpartum time, to include listening to process births and challenges of early parenthood, lactation and newborn care/ development education and support, care for your newborn so you may rest, shower, etc., meal preparation and light household, perinatal mood and anxiety disorder assessment and resources referrals. A 15% discount is granted relative to individually scheduled shifts.
